Role Overview

We are seeking proactive Outreach Sales Specialiststo join our talent pool at Lynkss. This role is designed for professionals who excel at outbound sales and are looking to work on an hourly or project-based schedule. You will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales through effective outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients.

  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads.

  • Present and promote our services to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and client needs.

  • Report on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of proven experience experience in outbound sales or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with potential clients.

  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

  • Certifications in Sales, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
