Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist (Google Ads/Social Media Ads) to join our talent pool at Lynkss. As a freelance Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing clients' ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels. This role offers flexibility in choosing your work hours and projects, allowing you to manage your schedule while delivering impactful ad solutions for various clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Conduct keyword research and select appropriate keywords for targeting.

  • Write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals for ads.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.

  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve client goals.

  • Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement the best-performing ad strategies.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Paid Advertising Specialist or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of PPC strategies and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media ad platforms.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related fields are preferred.

  • A portfolio showcasing successful ad campaigns.
