Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Personal Assistant to join our talent pool at Lynkss. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to clients, helping them manage their schedules, communications, and daily tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' calendars, appointments, and meetings.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of clients.

  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.

  • Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.

  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.

  • Perform other administrative tasks to support clients' daily operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Certifications in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
