Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our talent pool at Lynkss. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media content that enhance our clients' online presence and drive marketing efforts. You will manage content creation, scheduling, and engagement across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with clients' goals.

  • Create engaging content including text, images, and videos for social media accounts.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measure success.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Prepare and present reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Hands-on experience in content management.

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.

  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Portfolio showcasing previous social media projects.

  • Certifications in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
